This is an invitation to you to stay in our beautiful condo in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. This is an ocean-front, one bedroom unit with full amenities. 

New Smyrna has everything, from a quaint little downtown with cobblestone streets lined with tiny shops selling everything imaginable, to large shopping centers on the edge of town. Dine at wonderful restaurants, or pop in at the local Dairy Queen that features all-beef hot dogs for $.59 all the time.

Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and M.G.M. Theme Parks are all within an hour and a half drive. Daytona Beach is only 15 minutes away, with five golf courses close by. Oh - must not forget, Canaveral National Sea Shore runs along-side New Smyrna Beach.

The condo has everything furnished; washer, dryer, dishwasher, disposal, dishes, pots, pans, towels, sheets and even a wall-mounted hair dryer. The heater pool is just steps away from your door and the ocean just a little further.

**SPECIAL NOTE: As of December 2000, this Florida Beach Condo has been newly remodeled and updated. Now you can enjoy time in the Jacuzzi, in addition to all the other new amenities.

The rate for this condo is $525 per week (or $1600 per month) + tax and cleaning fee ($65). Call 1-800-345-8635 and tell the secretary to give you a 5% discount, approved by the owner (Evelyn Franks). You must reserve with a deposit.

The Florida Beachfront Condo is available for rent/lease for a week, a month or more. You may call me, Evelyn, at 330-867-2971 with any questions. Try to plan in advance, this is a corner condo with full ocean view and goes fast. What a way to get away - RIGHT ON THE BEACH!
